Your Home Away From Home

• Arrival and Departure:
  We expect you between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  If you wish to arrive earlier or later,
  this is possible by prior arrangement.
  Your room is available to you until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
  It is possible to store your luggage with us.
• Pharmacy:

• Train Station:
  150m from the hotel, on Bahnhofstraße
• Banks:
  Volksbank 50 m from the hotel, across the Glan bridge
  Sparkasse 250 m from the hotel, in the town center
• Ironing & Laundry Service:
  You are welcome to use our ironing station.
  For a fee, we can take care of washing and ironing for you.
  Sewing kits are available upon request.
• Bicycles:
  You can store your bikes free of charge in the "Fahrradschuppen" (bicycle shed).
  No liability is assumed.
• Windows:
  For safety reasons, we ask you
  to leave the windows open only in the "tilt position" (Kippstellung)
  when leaving the room.
• Fire Safety:
  Please observe the posted evacuation plans.
  Fire extinguishers are located on every floor.
  Smoke detectors are in all hallways and rooms.
  The hotel exit has a panic function in case of power failure (see sign).
• Beverages:
  Refrigerators with self-service drinks
  are available in the bowling room on the ground floor and in the courtyard.
• Hotel Entrance:
  The second key opens the hotel entrance from the outside,
  by turning the key to the left.
  To exit, press the metal switch on the wall,
  opposite the reception counter.
• Dogs / Pets:
  ...are welcome here.
  We charge € 5,00 per day in the designated rooms.
• Bowling Alley / Skittle Alley:
  Reservation at the reception.
  Price per lane per hour € 15,00.
  Use is possible until 10:00 PM.
• Clothing & Shoes:
  Shoe trays are available upon request.
  Damp clothing and dirty shoes
  can be placed and hung in the drying room on the lower ground floor.
  A shoe cleaning machine is located on the ground floor.
  Shoe cleaning materials are available upon request.
• Parking:
  Free, public parking spaces are located around the hotel.
  We are happy to assist you in finding a parking spot.
  Parking in our locked courtyard (no liability)
  is available for a fee.
• Post / Mail:
  A post agency is 400 m from the hotel, in the town center.
  Common stamps are available at the reception.
  We will forward already stamped mail.
• Smoking:
  We adhere to the legal smoking ban.
  All rooms are non-smoking rooms!
  Out of consideration for subsequent guests
  and for fire safety reasons,
  smoking is not permitted.
  We charge a cleaning fee of € 150,00 for any extra cleaning effort
  caused by smoking.
  Ashtrays are available
  at the hotel entrance and in the courtyard.
• Reception:
  The reception is not staffed continuously:
  Outside opening hours, we ask you
  to take your room key with you!!!
• Safe:
  You can deposit your valuables
  at the reception.
• Damages:
  We are very grateful for the notification of any existing
  or potentially caused damages.
• Sauna:
  Our small sauna is located in the vaulted cellar.
  Price per person € 10,00.
  Towels are available in the room.
  A bathrobe and slippers
  are available for a fee.
• Swimming:
  Grumbach Outdoor Pool, 3km
  Wolfstein Outdoor Pool, 10km
  Kusel Indoor Pool, 24km
  Kaiserslautern Indoor Pool, 37 km
• Petrol Stations / Gas Stations:
  ED: Turn left at the traffic lights
  300m on the left side.
  Aral: Turn left at the traffic lights
  300m on the right side.
• Tea / Coffee Station:
  We have a complimentary tea station on the 1st floor.
• Telephone:
  You can borrow a telephone for use in the room.
  An emergency telephone is available at the reception.
  Chargers and adapters are available upon request.
• Sleeping Comfort:
  All mattresses and pillows
  have allergy-protective covers.
  Upon request, you can receive extra pillows
  and blankets, as well as hypoallergenic blankets
  and heat/grain pillows (Körnerkissen).
• Electricity / Power:
  For the sake of the environment!
  Please help us save unnecessary electricity consumption
  and turn off the light and TV
  when leaving the room.
• WLAN / WiFi:
  Internet access is encrypted.
  The password is available free of charge at the reception.
• Room Cleaning:
  Rooms are cleaned daily
  between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
  If you wish to remain undisturbed in your room during this time,
  please hang the sign on the door.
